Finally got around to adapting a Gotek drive and looking to use it to replace a failing drive in a Miracle Systems Twin-Drive unit (Please don't shoot me!).
The Miracle Systems drives are NEC FD1037A drives and has a slider switch at the back. I thought this would be the drive select but there appears to be several positions. Does anyone know what each switch position means. I want the Gotek as the main drive and the floppy as the 2nd drive.
Any help would be appreciated.
Also, I don't suppose anyone has a blank disk image I could use with the Gotek or one with Quill, Abacus, Easel & Archive on.
Cheers,
Andy.

A picture of the switch would be useful. Anyway, some Miracle interfaces (for example (S)Goldcard) allows up to 4 drives, so it may be normal to find drives with more than 2 positions
