Sandy SuperQBoard firmware.

Post by prime »

Hi all,

I'm just in the process of adding the extra chips to my Sandy SuperQBoard to support the mouse port. However the onboard firmware doesn't have the driver for the mouse built in, does anyone have a copy of the firmware that I could program to the card once the upgrade is finished ?

Cheers,

Phill.

I have a copy of the ROM you need. It'll give me an excuse to try out my new EPROM programmer.

Hi Phill,

Sorry, not yet. I've been busy burning the GALs and EPROMS for Minerva. I'll do it this evening and post it here.

If you send them to me also, I will post them on my website for download - I have rights to the images. You're welcome to send them to others too.

It would also help me out in producing non-QIMI floppy interfaces, as I don't have a non-QIMI image.

Dilwyn has some too - I think the versions I sent to him are

v1.21 Y (with mouse support)
v1.19

What were the last versions of the ROM?

I also sent Dilwyn :

Superdisk 1.16 AG and SuperQboard 1.19N

These announce as :

SANDY SUPERDISK v1.16 AG (C) 1984
Sandy Disk Controller V1.19N (C) 1984

These are the ones that MESS currently supports.

Cheers.

Phill.
