Got my renewal thru today and it had gone up 30% (I only drive about 300 miles a year due to being a 24/7 carer)
Rang them, and they only offered £30 off, no thanks
Tried Directline and their quote was double the renewal
Tried another main insurer (after checking comparison sites) and got my insurance for the same as last year
Car insurance companies should be ashamed of themselves, rip off merchants
