Hi guys!!
As has been presented in the Spanish forums and websites, I am transcribing the invitation to the event celebrating the 40th Anniversary of the Sinclair QL:

40 years have passed since January 12, 1984, when Sinclair's new business-oriented computer, the QL, was officially presented to the press. It would take a few more months to reach consumers, but this date is a reference to the birth of this machine that has given us so many good hours.

On January 13, 2024 we will celebrate the 40th anniversary of this birth. It will be in Majadas de Tiétar, Cáceres, at the headquarters of the new Computer History Museum that is close to opening its doors. And it gives its space so that a group of old and new users can meet.

The meeting will be on Saturday, January 13. During the day, from 11am to 8pm we will exhibit our equipment, extensions and accessories and there will be talks and presentations.

You are cordially invited to attend, but we have limited capacity to 30 people, so, if you wish, you can inform us of your willingness to come.

Four days untill the meeting!!!!

We are very happy to be able to celebrate this meeting with an excellent representation of outstanding people of the QL in Spain: Sinclair QL Spanish Resources (https://sinclairql.es), QBlog (https://sinclairqles.wordpress.com/), World of Spectrum (https://www.elmundodelspectrum.com/) and Speccy.org (https://speccy.org), Salvador Merino (from the spanish club QLave 1985-1997), Álvaro Alea, José Leandro, TitoxUnix, Nasternds, Ron, AFX, Zerover, Badaman... and the friends of the Museum of History of computing.

In Spain we celebrate the 20th anniversary and participate in the 25th anniversary. We did not want to miss the opportunity to celebrate the entry into the 40 years of the No -so -Young Sinclair QL.

In the international scene there have been many news in recent years. In Estye Meeting we will have the opportunity to catch up. We will remember the entire international community, which we thank from our sunny country.

A little disappointed that the pic is not a Spanish QL keyboard.

Great event yesterday to celebrate QL's 40th anniversary. And as in the good old times, a lot of BBQL's up and running, and some other pieces of hardware running QL software (Aurora's, QXL's, Ataris, Amigas and Q68's)
