Hello,
Any up dates please ?
Reading Marcel's website states that prototype given out to a few testers and 9 were for sale but in Germany only ?
States that for hassle and tax no sales outside of Germany

I'm really sorry that there is no progress, only 5 QL-SD ROMs exist at the moment, of which 2 have been sent out and 3 are still with me. The 10 QL-SDs mentioned are internal ones, also all still with me, because I cannot send them out by eMail and everything else is just too annoying at the moment. Add Brexit with its tax and customs problems to the mix and you see me totally unmotivated to do anything.
Also, the central chip of QL-SD ROM has significantly gone up in price for small volumes, like 350% at my prototype house (with current prices I probably would not have developed it!). I'll have to ask a different manufacturer for a quote someday, maybe they are more reasonable, but the current chip crisis really doesn't make things easier.

Current price for 842-LC4064V75TN48C is around 35USD per single piece instead of 3.50

LC4064 is dead to me anyway because the development tools now costs 600 USD per year. I use a Xilinx chip in the new version (also I'd need a LC4128 in this case).

looking at the pictures there are two chips on the back one FPGA and a Flash RAM
What part numbers are they ?

You can still order the LC4064V75TN48C for 3.09 € if you accept 39 weeks of waiting.
Also faster speed grade chips for 5,58 € are available around April 2022.
