gst q disk clone problem......

so the pcb of the gst qdisk came and i assebled.... old chips from mitsubishi... i download the 1.16 rom and write on a 27c64 and put the qdisk on ql....
the result BLACK SCREEN...... SO i mesure the dsmc ant was alwayw high... i remove the bs250 and switch the ql on.....
now i can se the the think on ql BUT I PRESS F2 AND QL DO NOTHING.... SO
Ι think that the schem was wrong.... and it was not the 8 from the 74ls10 that has always 5 volt on base of the bs but the 8 from the 74ls04 thaits inverted
i take the base of the bs250 from that pin...f2 ihear the mdv1 spining... lets try a floppy... stugart ds0
its green light glow always but not motor on..... i have a stugart ds1 light was off i command dir flp2_ the light turn on but not motor....it always high...on 16 in of the connector
i make many masuments all the d0-d7 has low an high an the a0a12 works olso the a13 make the ce(chip enable and it works)
but nothing after that i try olso an AMIGA drive.... nothing ...
any thouts?
