Here's my latest #QLvember video. I prototyped a mouse-like joystick for the QL...kind of worked (tried it with ICE). I will have to create a 3D printed version to see how well it can actually work but that will be for another time. It definitely was fun building it.

Here's my freshly made #QLvember contribution: https://youtu.be/cxs6d108Mnw

In this video I talk about the Sinclair QL Service Manual, which is much more than just a pure Service Manual as it also contains at least part of the QL's Engineering Specification. I also show some ultra-rare original still uncut QL PCBs and talk about details.

Enjoy and stay healthy!

I think I found his contact information in October and reached out to him to participate but never got a reply.

My last video for #QLvember. It's one of our bigger holiday weekends this week (Thanksgiving).

Ironically, I received my MDV upgrade kit today in the mail but won't have time to install it before Monday. The upgrade adds a microdrive whirr sound in place of the beep...pretty neat.

One more entry for #QLvember: QL Restoration and History https://youtu.be/n3Di1-JvWyA

I'll have one last #QLvember video on Thursday looking in depth at microdrives and (hopefully!) fixing one :D

Yes! I scoured the forum looking for interesting accessories :D
I have the next video all ready to go, just waiting on the ULA, which I'm hoping arrives tomorrow. I'll swap it and I hope that fixes it, but I'll release it either way. All the tests point that way anyway.
