Oki Dot Printer

Hi.
When printing from the QL I’m able to print only one time.
After I need to turn off and on to print another document
Any suggestions?

Those printers are quite advanced. It could be a number of things.

It defaults to IBM mode and needs setting to Epson mode.
It defaults to bidirectional parallel and can be set to input only (it can hang if it sends a job complete message and gets no response)
The QL may not be "ending" prints, so a print time-out may need to be configured.

I'm assuming you've done the first, as it works at all. The other two are more obscure.

I found the menu system, which involved holding a button while powering on, then stepping through printed options, was a bit counter-intuitive. In the end I passed the printer on to someone who needed a solid 9 pin dot matrix for draft printing.

Wish I still had it.

Seriously though. What happens if you send a "form feed" character to the printer after the print finishes?
