I think the TF Services I2C interfaces, manuals and software maybe copyright, so I czn not publidh them.

My attempts use single boards that cane made up to emulate Tony's designs, I will see what I can do.

Are the long lead times due to the semiconductor crisis taken into account?
For example, I can not find the FPGA used on the Q68 available before November this year.
If parts are not in stock, people need a realistic estimation of lead times, so they can make an informed decision.

I would not expect anyone to part with any money before knowing the timescale for deivery of the finished Q68.

I will update the prosective Q68 customers of the manufacturer timescales, by email.

As the QL Forum PM email notification still does not work.

Hi,

I have had a think about this change in the Q68 Payament Process, I have just had an update from the PCB manufacturer would make the PCB and perform the surface mounted soldering, have updated a quotation price, where delivery is 10 weeks.

This would put the PCB delivered to me in middle of June 2022.

Additional work: I have to solder the through hole components, modify the Q68 Case, make the QL Network circuitry, produce SD Cards for each Q68.

So I would expect delivery of the finished Q68 in commencing August 2022.

I am still a little uneasy about taking payment/deposit before manufacture of the Q68.

I will finance myself and ask for payment when the finished article is available.
