A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 87 Ellingham
Industrial Estate, Ashford, Kent TN23 2NF, presented on 14th May
1991, by PCML Intral Limited, of Royal Mills, Esher, Surrey
KT10 8BL, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard
at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 26th
June 1991, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be
heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition
(whether to support or oppose it) must give notice to do so to the
Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with rule 4.16 by 1600 hours
on 25th June 1991.
The Petitioners' Solicitors are Finers of 179 Great Portland

Hmm many thanks - a liquidator was appointed in 1989 - took 5 years to wind up the company according to the Companies House records.

It looks as though Discdrive Limited was a different company...

From what I can gather there were/are a number of PCML companies in Esher, Surrey including PCML Research and PCML Holding Company, however I dont know enough about business to understand the ins/outs.
