Home made, Ralf? Look like nice spicy buns.
I didn't know you had those in Germany, I thought they were a British thing.

One easter, I poured hot water down a rabbit burrow.

Well, you know I love English food :) [indian too :D ]. Last week, a top chef made the buns in a five-minute video on TV. I did that the next day. Delicious!

Are they spicy, sweet or salty?

Usually sweet with a little spice. "All Spice" I think! But it could be "Five Spice".

Sorry, no help, as usual!

Cheers,
Norm.

They are baked with clove, cinnamon and ginger. Added raisins soaked in milk. I do not know, if this is typical, but tastes very good.

Last year I started studying home economics and nutrition at the University of Bonn. Maybe after my professional life I can cook in a kindergarten or a shelter for the homeless. That would be great.
