Hi I am looking for Microdrive cables for 2 Microdrives. I know
At least one Microdrive works but having removed them to fit speaker I couldn’t get them back in wiretrap connector on logicboard due to the wire ends being short and not solid . I tried to cut them back and strip and tin but ended up with no success instead shortening cables . My Microdrive wire connectors on Microdrive end appear to be crimp Type . I see on other drives like the ones I have seen listed the wires are wiretrap connector at Microdrive end .

Ideally I would like cables wire traps with desoldered wiretrap connectors from Microdrive ends then I can solder them to mine

Is this going to be long enough as only 2 inches long and the mdv1
Mdv2 cables look to be around 4 inches

Ian Gledhill used them and said that are long enough and longer will not fit in the QL
farnell also sells 7.5 and 10 inches long

Your right I measured them and they are around 2 inches long
