That's me! I had some boards made up at JLCPCB.

Do you want one/some?

Ask me about felt pads - I can cut them to size and they have proved excellent for mdv data recovery.

Yup, I sell the odd thing, it helps fund the QL collection!

Yes, and I'm sure MK has done an amazing job. The missing ED or QNET is significant though (I feel), for users of basic QL's who may have just dug one out of the loft to play around with and don't have fancy add-ons to enable them to get files from the internet, load/store them etc.

Hi,

Can the ROM chip be reprogrammed to have Minerva and a proper Toolkit 2?

It's a Winbond M27C512 so no, I don't think so. No room for anything more than 48k + 16k.

Same seller does sell a Minerva version too.

The design looks ok. Good value too.

It's me Dave! I can't do advanced stuff like you gurus, but if I can help out other QL users with some basic things to improve their QLing, then that's good all round.

And that QL/Seikosha printer head seems to be stuck in customs over here for at least a week so far. Bloody German customs, everything always gets caught up.

Sorry to hear about the print head. Bloody customs!

I have HUNDREDS of these boards. Same basic layout. I often chuck one in free with other things I send to QLers.
