Whilst starting on the QL software preservation project, there are a number of software titles which are sadly missing from my large collection here (or where I have corrupt microdrives). Some would be great to re-release on the market, if only we could find them.

Sorry Rich, I don't have any of those. Not unless FM = Football Manager, in which case I believe I may have a copy of that somewhere, but somehow I doubt that that is the program you are after.

I've not played it in years, I must confess, but I'l try to dig it out for you. It's on one of my countless unlabelled disks!

No graphics, this wasn't a Kevin Toms masterpiece I'm afraid.

The FM referred to is probably a File Manager.

I bet the Football Manager game will be one out of Sinclair QL World

I found two cartridges labeled GIGA. One reported... "bad or changed medium" (yaaawn), the other booted and...froze the QL. I managed to WCOPY the entire cartridge to floppy though! On Qemulator the program boots, shows a welcome screen and for a very short moment you get the message "wrong cartridge" and then the damn thing throws you back to the QL opening screen. The welcome screen says "GIGA-BASIC by ABC SOFTWARE". Is this of any use to you? If so, let me know!

Yes, this will be helpful - presumably it has some copy protection, which may need to be removed....

Files received - I have now removed the copy protection on this one, so that the toolkit can be used in any of the emulators.
