Someone re-created one of the Sinclair QL prototypes:

the alignment and positioning of the 4 USB ports and the RJ45 scream Raspberry Pi !

So most of what you are paying for is a rather slick looking case.

The description says
"The inside is powered by raspberry pi4 with a real Sinclair keyboard interface to usb linked to the raspberry pi."
Running an emulator and so which one? Any more information? No microdrives I assume but what is in the Red hat?

You can just make out an SD slot at the front of the case - in the area of the 'red dome'. I think the case is printed in 3 sections to get the length, and looks to have maybe 3-4 layers.

I'd be interested in the 3d print files for it - but not for that money.

Lovely looking machine, but not for that sort of money as prof said.

Wasn't the red dome originally for one of the wafer scale memory devices?

One of the LEDs even has "SD" alongside it!

It also looks shorter than the original QL case, and probably lacks the opening for the expansion port. All things that could be sorted though...

Oh yes, well spotted. I had to go get a real QL out to check that one. First time I've ever noticed that the space bar curves are different at top and bottom. AT least it's been faithfully reproduced, even if upside down.

I think the keyboard itself is from an original QL, and just sits in a void within the printed case.
