This QL on UK eBay has a red sticker on its box that reads: 'Contains New Revised Versions of Psion Application Software'.

I'd not seen that before.

I suppose that probably indicates that it included the much improved Psion software v2.00, that came out in around Feb/Mar 1985.

I remember my QL box had the same sticker. It was a D15 and the Psion software was at v2.00.
I bought it in August 1985, just before the price drop
Interestingly, some QLs sold later were earlier versions with JM ROMs and Issue 5 boards. They just needed to get rid of them

I asked the seller for the serial no. for the record it was D14-100501.
