I just tried it in Chrome, a browser that I have never used in connection with the wiki. I Forgot my password of course, so requested a new one. Logged in on chrome, went to the create page for the page I've been aching to add for all this time and I still get the same:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I've worked out what it was that was blocking me....

It would not accept single quote marks within the text: '

So I either replaced them with double quotes (it seems fine with those) or made the quoted text italic.
