I have dual Goteks running FlashFloppy connected to a Tetroid card (also works with a Trump card).
Note that a standard PC floppy cable was used which has a twist for the second Gotek. No modifications of the cable were needed.
The Gotek nearest the QL is FLP2. Jumper is located on S1 pins.
The Gotek farthest away from the QL is FLP1. Jumper is located on MO pins.
The magic in getting FLP1 to be selectable via the twist in the PC cable was to realise that the QL drive select line 0 (pin 10) comes to the Gotek motor enable (pin 16) jumper on the Gotek. It seems that the Gotek operates when the drive select line OR the motor enable line are asserted. This means that only 1 jumper needs to be added to make the Gotek operate.
A useful reference is page 3 of: https://www.bytedelight.com/wp-content/ ... Manual.pdf
I hope my information is useful to someone.
