Some kind of Spanish language number pad attachment (I'm not the seller). Looks interesting, was there also a UK version?

Ask me about felt pads - I can cut them to size and they have proved excellent for mdv data recovery.

This is not intended for QL, but for ZX Spectrum 128.
UK version exists (search for "ZX Spectrum keypad"), but the spanish one is more common.

Ah, yes that makes sense. I thought that it must be QL due to the BT connector type plug and had forgotten that the +2A/B and +3 also had them. Thanks.

Am I correct that all you can get out of the joystick connectors on the QL are 5 different keys?

This is for the 'toastrack' 128K - the one with the heatsink on the side of it. It gives the spectrum a full editing keypad - the code to drive it is already in the ROM.
