Hello,
I am just starting with QL, and would like to use Pointer Environnment. I have managed to get it running, but moving the pointer witht the Arrow keys+space is a bit frustrating.
I have searched in the forum and other sources, but I have not found (probably my fault) any simple and easy solution to get a working mouse with a BBQL.
Is there a simple solution available for newbies?
Thank you

I don't think any way is particularly easy!
If you can find a Qimi board (very hard to find) you can plug an Atari mouse straight in and it'll work in PE.
Or there is the excellent SERmouse software but for that you have to make an adapter to fit one of the SER ports on the back. As you're in Spain, you no doubt have the awkward BT type sockets, which add to the trickiness a little. The biggest challenge though is probably the mouse type - you need to find a very old type of serial mouse that works (not all do). There is a thread here listing a few mice that do work.

Ask me about felt pads - I can cut them to size and they have proved excellent for mdv data recovery.

I would definitely be interested in one of those......

An alternate easy option is the SerMouse driver. You have to utilize a compatible serial mouse, and an adaptor:

The Sermouse software and manual is available from my site, on this page: http://www.dilwyn.me.uk/pe/index.html
There are two versions on there, as some people found not all mice worked with both versions.
