These two models are both loaded with System 7.x - I'll have a play and see whether they are workable with the legacy version of Q-Em.

I wonder if that older version can run SMSQ-E like Q-Em v3.x can...

Hi Papanillu If you want to validate the advice given thus far, you might want to see whether using the composite monochrome output fed to your VGA upscaler renders a solid - albeit grey-scale - image where you currently see the blue/red unstable stripes.
