Re: Expanding the range of QL Adventures
There is no such thing as Abandonware - however, the original programmer of Akalabeth (Richard Garriott) is easily found on line - https://richardgarriott.com/ so I have sent him an email to ask for his permission for freeware conversions to any platform. Hi Rich, I only quoted the web site. Here i...

Re: Case for Trump card clone
Hi everyone, A quick update on this. Sadly, I've only received five notes of interest, which is too few to make a design-and-print run viable. I'll work with Vitaliy to try to get more interest in the future, but for now it looks as if this is a non-starter. Thanks to those who took the time to note...

Re: Expanding the range of QL Adventures
I'm very impressed with the Spectrum version, though should qualify by saying I haven't played any others and have just watched a couple of YouTube videos of the Apple II and C64 implementations (the latter looking frustratingly fast). Battle Bunny has preserved the spirit of the original (in terms ...

Re: Expanding the range of QL Adventures
I recently discovered a graphics adventure game, called Akalabeth [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Akalabeth:_World_of_Doom], which was written in BASIC for the Apple computer in 1979. I learned about it on the World of Spectrum forum [https://www.worldofspectrum.org/forums/discussion/53083/akalabeth-...

Re: Contact for Computer One FORTH
Hi Sparrowhawk,
Thanks for posting and thanks for the information. I had considered something such as Companies House, though am about naïve as to how to go about it. I'll maybe investigate further, if Rich can't find the email.
Speak to you soon,
George.

Re: Case for Trump card clone
Hi everyone, Thanks to those who have responded to date. Can I ask anyone else who is interested to let me know by the end of the week (say, end of Sunday 8th). I'll then see how many notes of interest we have, and liaise with Michael re. pricing and option to access the STL file. Thanks again, Geor...

Case for Trump card clone
Hi everyone, I have purchased the excellent Trump card clone from Tetroid, as shown here: http://www.sellmyretro.com/offer/details/Sinclair-QL-RAM-expansion-and-floppy-disk-interface-10861 -and have been very happy with it. However, when installed it protrudes from the side of the QL by a couple of ...
