did you upgrade from an older Windows version to 10 or was it a fresh install?

I've check on my systems and it's actually a generic Mircrosoft driver being used for the USB floppy, so it should be in the Windows/INF directory.

What happened? This is all a mistake, it should be 2018 by now?!
