Re the MEM device and network security: <> Block, yes (simply don't start FSERVE or the mem driver), limit, well, no. QL designers believed in the good in people. You could maybe use Toolkit III, that allows ...

Re: Anouncement for the 40th Anniversary of the Sinclair QL in Dormagen (Germany)

So now we have Nasta, Wolfgang, Jan, Tobias, Stephan, Oliver, Fabrizio, Urs, Markus, Detlef, Diane, Per (likely), Graeme (possible), myself ... I'm sure I forgot someone. And these are only the well known names... I suspect this will become the most high-carat meeting in two decades :D Include me o...

Re: Messing with Morphing

Hi Stephen, I just tested under the new sQLux64 on Windows ;) Slight error on line 140: 140 x=1: y=2: of0=0: of1=50: of2=90: ct=0: steps=1: pze=10: p=8 Should be 140 x=1: y=2: off0=0: off1=50: of2=90: ct=0: steps=1: pze=10: p=8 (you misspelt offx as ofx) Not my kinda game, but still fun to see what ...

<> Have you got sound enabled in sqlux.ini? What happens if you enter beep 0,100 <> No, sorry. Hadnt got round to reading the manual at that time :? Sound was NOT enabled. It buzzes as promised. The file above works fine, sound an' all, despite Defender's protests :) Now to get better acquainted..

Re: sQLux v1.0 (The Xmas Turkey)

Windows Defender barfs at the file above saying it contains a Trojan called Win32/Wacatac.B!ml. Whats going on?
sQLux_w64 seems to work fine on my W11 laptop. No buzzing..
