I'm not sure as I have the full version but I thought before you start the emulation you can select 512k ram as an option. How are you gettting on?

Depending on windows version it's usually found under folder options then view then untick hide extensions for known file types. Then the file name will change from unzip_bas to unzip_bas.txt and you can delete the .txt off the end.

On the pc you will have to remove the .txt file type
