Re: Knoware.no
Interestingly the module system SMSQ/E is using was developed for Stella. Apart from that I have no idea how much of it ever existed. The SMS2 CLI just looks like a quick&dirty command language loosely based on SuperBasic. Writing SBASIC was a looooot of work, so it made sense to start with some...

Re: C68 & detecting vsync
Looks nice. However, the game is a bit flat looking; I haven't yet got any animation, loading icons, etc... as I'm finding it difficult to find a method to synchronise / wait on display refresh - the C68 standard library only appears to have a second-granularity sleep() and nothing else that would h...

Re: Knoware.no
I belong to the Norman Dunbar school of thought when it comes to Wurdle, and for the first time in my life I am going to pick on Marcel for something, for his "it's just a little game" comments. If you can totally isolate yourself from the hype and social media, where the weird wide Wurdl...

Re: Knoware.no
I have no idea how many people have downloaded it, but judging by the feedback to date, Id have to estimate it at, roughly, 0.00. I really did miss your posting and completely understand your sentiment, apologies. I did try it now. Impressive boot program to say the least! Of course I usually ignor...

Re: A simple Web server
P.S.: Was curious enough to spend a little time on it after all (and glad I did because it uncovered a few subtle but severe bugs in the IP driver of the unreleased next QPC!). Anyway, inserting "355 x = EOFW(#4)" should help the CPU issue

Re: A simple Web server
I currently don't have the time to look into this in detail, but I *think* normally you do a IOB_TEST with a timeout on the listening channel to see if there is anything to accept. Only if that returns "ok" then you do the accept call. This way the I/O system handles this like any other pe...
