If my "personal cereblal Ram" is still OK, the chips are 64 Kbit dynamic RAM at 150 ns.
For more details, you can easily find specific datasheets in the internet: you have only to read the data printed on your memory chips.

It all worked fine about four years ago! Did you connect to the very same TV of 4 years ago? To the same SCART slot? Check carefully the pins of both cable and QL: can you see dirt or rust? Try to clean with proper spray cleaner. Does something happens to video output if you gently move the cable? ...

I suppose the manual (if original) is not printed with a home printer but with typographic techniques.
