Re: Speed Screen Fudge 2 Font editor
I have this from Simon (who isn't on the forum) : " I do not recognise the screen grab and would never have called it FUDGE in any case. Strange that my copyright is on this apparently patched version. A source-code version of QLUDGE is part of Turbo Toolkit unless I’ve misremembered. That is a...

The Retro Shack channel has started a project to get a QL up and running and possibly improving it.
Some useful hints and tips might be appreciated.

Re: Sparrowhawk aka Jean-Yves
Drew has spoken of a third volume but not heard anything about it for a while. DDR in book form, He manages to move all the characters around and achieve the required end result. As I only played it through once (IIRC) I can't say how true to the game it is, so long since I played it. Mapping DDR wa...

Re: Sparrowhawk aka Jean-Yves
Didn't realise there was a LoM thread here - cunningly disguised. I'd be interested in a 68K port. I've read both Drew Wagar's books - enjoyed them - although they only represent one out of many ways of playing the games. I believe he was planning on doing a third volume based on an unfinished follo...

Re: New Forum
OK my next tuppence worth.
Now the banner has been shrunk can the animated dots and lines be shrunk to the same height ?
I'd prefer that the user info be placed on the left of the texts in the forum posts -I read from left to right and stop reading once I hit blank space.
that's about it for now.

Re: Today I Received...
Not today but in the past week or two ... 1) Raspberry Pi-400 - a very neat little Linux box with ARM 64-bit architecture. So far I'm struggling to find software / apps that run natively on it. Main use so far is watching YouTube videos as it uses far less power than my desktop PC. Currently as I'm ...

Re: New Forum
Really like the new look.
Much bigger text, the log in is much more obvious.
And e-mail notifications are working.

Samsung QL teardown video
Graham Tinkers channel has a teardown of a Samsung QL that they have bought.
Looks like a lot of work needs doing to it
Also possible upgrades.
Could be fun.

CQV1 Real Time Digitiser from CL Systems
Spotted this for sale on eBay.
Not sure what it does - there is documentation on CD available from Dilwyn.
No idea what it digitises .
Very much sold as seen.

may be of interest to someone collecting odd bits and pieces of QL add-ons.
