Re: Hoverzone. Anyone have a copy running in an emulator?

Hi Richard, may be it make you happy to hear, that i showed a running copy of Hoverzone an a BBQL (without your explicit permit, sorry) to the broad public at the GamesCom in Cologne last week. Re: Flopper

Hi Derek, i have a 3 digit Gotek already tested. I work fine as long as you not try to format with a QL It is ignoring that). If you create an image on your PC, all partitions are MS-DOS compatible. If you than put the stick in you QL you can't format to the QL format. Not tested, but a possible wor...

Shown on the 30th Ql user meeting by me. You have than 100 disks to fill with data. Only buy the version which has th...

Re: Sandy SuperQBoard firmware.

Bending out the pin will not give the right result. In minimum you have to connect pin 27 (with is A14) to the corresponding adressline of the QL connector. If than the decoder does an incomplete adress decoding you have a chance to get it to run !

Re: GBS-8220 RGB TO VGA Converter

Hi Peter,
The crispy display at the show was caused by the TV i used as a light weight travel monitor.

Re: GBS-8220 RGB TO VGA Converter

Hi Derek, i draw my configuration on a paint picture. Hopefully not to technical. The other picture shows the real converter as used on the Edinburgh meeting. Detlef ps: As already mentioned, best place for protection resistors is as close as possible to the QL. But easiest is at the pinheaders of t...
