It comes with it's own graphics package that what I gather saves the pictures as actual drawing comands.

I'll take a few pics tonight. The game will have graphics too, I'm planning on keeping it under say 10 locations but the locations it will have will be highly detailed.

RWAP, do you know what version of ACT it is? :geek:

I took my first proper steps with ACT last night, I checked out the included Imagine adventure which was pretty impressive. The game runs a real time clock even if you don't enter commands etc. At one point I left it running and it drew a ghost on my screen which stole a note then vanished. I copied...

I didn't know Voyage of the Beano was done in the Quill, that's pretty impressive! :ugeek:

Well after some thought and inspection of the two programs, I've decided to go with ACT as the utility of choice. The Quill didn't have the flexiblity and didn't seem to make the best use of the QL hardware.

I scored this for a freebie, I've never owned a BBC despite owning and using the 32 bit Acorns on a regular bases.
