Looks like your kickstarter has been taken down Dave. Error 404.
Shame, I could do with a Nasta clone!

Re: SMSQ/E Source Reading
Hi Marcel, I disagree on it being hard to read. I agree, it doesn't read like a good book, or perhaps, some higher level languages, but in the main, I find it "not too bad" to read. Having said that, I get annoyed/confused/whatever with the use of really short labels what are pretty much l...

Re: SMSQ/E Source Reading
I have been reading the SMSQ/E source code files, which I find very good and specific 68000 assembly language reference material. I get the impression that I'm probably the only person in the world who finds Tony's code extremely hard to read! I suppose it must be me that's "at fault" the...

Re: Circuit diagram errata...
Would the zero ohm resistors just be there to assist the pick and place machines that they had back in them days? Easier to PandP a resistor than a wire link? I think they still use zero ohm resistors for that purpose nowadays.
Can I still call a zero ohm resistor a resistor?
Cheers,
Norm.

Re: Let us chat about Desktop Publishing on the QL
Morning Rich, I have been talking with Fred Toussi about Text87 and ... Ok, how the hell did you manage that? Fred is (or was) working with the Firebird Foundation (firebirdsql.org)some time ago when I last contacted him about Text87, all he replied to me was "yes, I am Fred Toussi of Text87 fa...

Re: A question about OPEN
Am I missing something here? I wouldn't be surprised, it happens. ;) Over at http://qdosmsq.dunbar-it.co.uk/doku.php?id=qdosmsq:traps:trap_2:open I see that D1 has to be the job id for the owner of the file being opened. You can pass -1 to have the current job own the file. I assume, always a bad id...
