Sony can handle PAL, SECAM, NTSC and NTSC 4.43 on the Video input. But you will be using the RGB+Sync input which gives you the best image. Cool, thanks. Will start saving for a Sony BVM. I guess if I can't find the exact model mentioned above, any recommendations of what I need to confirm my Sony ...

I'm a bit lost exactly where you want to plug the SCART plug in when you no longer use the upscaler? If you want to use store -bought cables: you plug the scart cable into the female scart of the RGB Scart to 4xBNC adapter. This is my setup now , albeit I use a home built adapter .
