Re: QL User Guide new scan

Always nice to see people put in the time and effort to preserve and improve important documents like this. I've downloaded a copy to add to my website (will link to the original too in case of future updates). It's a 133 MB long and took absolutely ages to download from archive.org - I'll have a pl...

Re: EASYPTR4 "strange" effect

The MAWBAR command only does the bars, while MAWBARR also does the arrows (see Important_txt). Hi, I can not seem to find the file: Important_txt Can you tell me where to read it please? It was in less recent issues of Easyptr and has since been put into the manual. I'll try to attach a copy. EDIT:...

Re: More recent mdv discoveries

Some recent purchases/discoveries: Filebound (orig. loose cart) - Listed as MIA on the wiki, but it looks like that isn't the case as Simone has it on his list. It's some kind of add-on for Spellbound, not exactly sure what it does yet! This was a program written in SuperBASIC by Chas Dillon and pu...

Re: Front End/Icon Environment

Thank you. Is it available for download? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk If referring to Launchpad, it's now freeware and can be downloaded here: http://www.dilwyn.me.uk/gen/launchpad/launchpad.html That page is an info page, but there is a link to the download page. There are two versions of La...

Re: When did OPEN_IN start working on Directory Devices?

Ever since level 2 drivers (directories) came into being I think. On a level 2 system, try COPY WIN1_ TO SCR for example, to see the directory. Works with any level 2 device IIRC. The "root" (or whatever is the correct term for a null name file on a drive) used to be usable as a file on ol...

Re: What are these?

Yes, they're for Samsung QL's. I could make use of them as I have at least one Samsung QL sans feet, which is a bit annoying (esp as the other feet don't fit). OK, PM me the address to send them to, I'll send them once I've figured out any customs paperwork if sending to Germany. I only have two of...

What are these?

Found these in my QL "junk box". I thought they were QL feet at first, but they don't fit a UK QL at least, they seem to have clip-in fastening rather than the push fit rings of the UK QL ones. Wonder if they could be for Samsung QLs, as I know some QLs had different fittings for the plast...

Re: CAPSLED

Thanks to Cristian, there's now a PDF of the documents supplied with the Caps LED zip file. Cristian improved the quality of the scans, much easier to read now. Available from the same page (separate link for the PDF).
