Re: QDOS-GCC How to run the binaries?

So this is where the include/library files should end up after running the perl script (which is buggy as hell and I cant remember the fixes). ls -lR /usr/local/qdos/ /usr/local/qdos/: total 12 drwxr-xr-x 2 graeme graeme 4096 Feb 19 2017 bin drwxr-xr-x 5 graeme graeme 4096 Feb 19 2017 include drwxr-...

Also, if my rusted memory is right, QDOS unzip also recognizes the xtcc record. Then, suprisingly, just zipping on PC side and unzipping on QL side also does the job.

Re: Bug in QL C - Lattice C?

try pow(2.0,2.0)

pow takes doubles as arguments and you've passed it ints, older compilers don't always promote correctly.

Re: uQLx 2018a

Just as a follow up - the bug accessing win devices on uQLX under Windows Subsystem for Linux is specific to version 2018a - the older version without the TCP fix works just fine. Sounds like the problem is probably there in 2017 but triggers slightly differently due to different compiler/libc or t...

Re: SGC successor brainstorming

..Maybe this is being looked at from the wrong direction? Maybe we should thing in reverse and think of the original QL as a peripheral to a new single-board computer which fits within the expansion slot? It sounds like it's possibly a simpler solution to all the bottlenecks of the original system....

Re: Qltools Updated to handle ED discs.

Allows qltools to operate directly on .hfe files the hxc floppy emulator uses. Its probably broken at minute as the api changes to libhxcfe.so.

Re: Ubuntu 14.04.4 and uqlx2017

Hi, I have install this on my Mint Linux 18.3 x64 Laptop, it works well and behaves the same the version I complied from the source code. Which is good as Linux does not really have a standard complied binary platform for each distribution. But if we all use a Ubuntu base then this can be establish...

Re: Ubuntu 14.04.4 and uqlx2017

One question: Can anyone access the native and/or USB floppy drives on Ubuntu (or another real Linux) with uQLx? On Windows with WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux) I can neither access the native nor the USB floppy drive. QPC2 at least can access the USB floppy, unfortunately not the native floppy. ...
