Re: Qemulator and ROMS

@HullQlMan do you get this error from the emulator or from Pascal?

@tofro, the ROM area is always write-protected

Re: Trying to find HW register details

AFAIK that bit is set if there is any key down on the keyboard. The other 3 bits are the number of keypresses (not releases, regardless of bit 3) being sent from the IPC buffer. The QL manual has a keyboard map, but be careful, my manual was an early one and had major errors. The cursor starts appea...

Re: Q: ZX8301 effect on memory bandwidth?

Re: QUANTA

In the 80s people would send a cheque by post and wait 28 days or so for a hopeful delivery.

Or even send £399 to Sinclair to receive a short letter one month later mentioning delays...

Re: Rights to QDOS in the USA

For Q-emuLator I got permission from them in 2007 (before then, it was distributed with Minerva only, and before Minerva was public domain it came with no ROM).

Re: QL Forum by Email

Not sure why but the QL Forum RSS feed is not working well for me, after I login to the forum I receive the RSS feed for a few days, then it stops.

Re: Keyboard Hacking/Automation

What is your goal in automating the keyboard (other than it being a fun project :) )?
