Re: QDOS gcc made easy (docker stylee)

Here's one I prepared earlier: 00003fa0 04 04 04 04 4e 18 1a 18 04 04 98 08 06 01 08 00 |....N...........| 00003fb0 58 54 63 63 00 00 03 70 |XTcc...p| The last 8 bytes, in QL big endian format, shows that this application needs a data space of $0370 bytes (880 decimal), however, it appears that the ...

Re: Cross-Chase

Morning Fabrizio,

I tried.
I failed.

My Linux box is way too modern for the version of qdos-gcc required I'm afraid. :(

Good luck.

Cheers,
Norm.

Martyn/Tobias,

any chance that you could share said method of bridging between assembly and C68 stuff as it could be the basis of an article in the next (exciting?) installment of the Assembly Language eComic thing that I occasionally produce.

Thanks.

Cheers,
Norm.

Re: C68 function itoa

Sql?

Code: Select all

Select to_char(43981, 'XXXXXX') from dual;

That should do the trick, in Oracle at least, which is where I spend my working week as a DBA. ;)

Norm.

Re: C68 function itoa

Afternoon Whopper, C68 is, how shall I put it, a tad out of date, it's pre-ANSI, never mind anything else, however, it is the best we have, so we have to deal with it's foibles. Your code should probably look like this: #include <stdio_h> #include<stdlib_h> int main(int arcg, char *argv[]) { int i =...

Re: QLWiki - Now with added templates

If anyone is interested, the template cannot be edited in the normal fashion, unfortunately. It must be edited offline, and re-uploaded to the appropriate wiki namespace. A bit of a pain in the rear, but there you are. If there's anything needing changing, let me know and I'll sort it out. Cheers, ...

QLWiki - Now with added templates

Afternoon all. I've had a couple of requests by email, asking me to somehow provide a template so that people adding new pages to the Wiki, can have a "standard" layout for the pages. This has now been done. Whenever you create a new page on the wiki, and start editing (you have to start e...
