The arrows look good and the keyboard fits perfectly like it was made for it. Nice one. Did you fit the two transistors for the single key press or is that still on your to do list?

Yes it could be. It was cheap probably because it is not English. I found that the AE key is from either Danish, Norwegian, Icelandic, or Faroese.

Has anybody seen keyboards like this? It has a big PCB with old 74 series logic on the back and it came with a circuit diagram that has the output as serial. I was going to just use the switch board like Andrew but now I think the serial interface is a better option with a PIC that gives more flexib...

So I was able to read it with the Hitachi HN27256P setting but it results in a 32K image whereas it should be a 16K image. The first half of the file seems to be identical to a 16K Spectrum 48K ROM from the EightyOne emulator. Just weird that the HN27128P doesn't work. These mask programmable ROMs ...

Nasta said No. All keys must be wired between one row and one column line. The reason being that you don't have one signal when both keys are being looked at you have two input signals and two read lines. You need to operate two independent switches at once. Could it be fudged with diodes & pass...
