Wanted To Buy boxed Sinclair QL

Wanted To Buy for USA delivery a boxed QL. I have had one lined up for a bit but unfortunately because of a scarce part issues may not be able to get that one... but still could happen if a tad of luck comes our way. In the meantime, if you have a boxed working QL for sale, keep me in mind.

The proc...

Re: Today I Received...

This is not a Sony TV - it is a Sony Video Monitor PVM-1554QM . It has separate inputs for Red, Green, Blue and Sync with BNC connectors - so I use a QL RGB to SCART cable bought from RetroComputer Shack and a SCART to BNC adaptor. The image is rock steady ! Much better than any QL monitor. As I am...

So at some point if I can't find in USA an original Sinclair Vision 14 or a CUB, maybe my next option is a Sony. So what special cabling is needed to make a stock QL work on these Sony type TVs?

Yeah but we are hardware tinkerers, while TJ seems more software (and mouse) oriented ;) Think of TJ in this way.... :P average joe that buys a new computer and learning as he goes.... plays with both hardware and software... but is no tech... just a dude that tries what he sees documented... some ...
