Re: CPLD replacement for ZX8301
Hi Leon,
that sounds great.
Could you go a little bit more into details about the cause of the problems and the solution?
It would be quite interesting if the existing versions could be upgraded, for example mine or the version Peter has.
Thanks and best regards,
Stephan

Lightning ROM content available?
Hi all,
Is the Lightning Rom free available or still under Copyright? I checked the usual places but no success so far.
Thanks!

Re: QIMSI
Hi Jože,
no need to do this with QPCII.
Dilwyn made some empty containers available on his page, kindly check:

Re: USB Keyboard IF
Yes, this adapter works in parallel with the original keyboard. I thought so, so the QL could be under the desk, with a switchable keyboard, integrating into a multi computer setup with a switch box. Saves wear on the QL Keyboard Memrane No problem to use this adapter in a setup as described by Der...

Re: FPGA replacment for the ZX8301 ULA and more
Hi Leon, Peter, Leon, do you remember when you sent me a very early version of the ULA replacement? I had the same issue as Peter has now. It was a timing problem linked to RAM chips. You send me a different version of logic of the PLD which fixed the issue, slower RAM access, if I recall correct. P...

Re: QL replica
1. There is just no demand. When I developed the QL K/B to PS/2 adapter, which is a part of the QLbase almost no one was interested. Also the interest for QL base was rather low. This topic is very interesting that I cannot resist to comment: - QL K/B to PS/2 adapter: i was not aware of this, my op...
