Thank you ! I have not soldered/ desoldered anything in the last 20 years ... so it's time to start again :)
And what should I do with that red wire ? just cut it ? Do you know what it was it used for ? I do not find it on the circuit diagram.

i have installed tetroid's Gold Card in the QL . On boot the screed with F1 Monitor / F2 TV is only flasehd on the screen and the QL automatically starts in monitor mode. I have a registered copy and the level 2 filing system is activated in the Configuration menu. And still there is no MAKE_DIR command.
The configuration panel is set exactly as in your screenshot.
