I am using a scart cable bought from Retro Computer Shack and it works great.
I think that it only has the necessary resistors, but no diodes - hard to tell what they are as they covered in heat-shrink tubing.

Gold Card speed in Q-emuLator is approximate and was based on a couple of known benchmark results. I should still have a benchmark I wrote years ago to collect cycle-accurate instruction timings. If you'd like to run it on the Gold Card QL, the data might help me improve the accuracy of the GoldCar...

Does anyone have a Psion Chess that can run from floppy or win1_ ?
My microdrive with chess just died ... and the one that I run on QEmulator is in qlpak format. I tried to copy the files from the qlpak to win1_, but then it asks for microdrive in mdv2_
