While routing through a box of bits, I found this :P
(And yes, I was looking for it, having remembered which box it had been stored in ;)).

Nice find. I've seen a couple still tabbed, with no components mounted, but those and this are all I have seen in all of 30 years.

I had one which I supplied to Urs Koenig (QLvsJaguar) - that still had the plastic surround which was used to mount the board as it progressed through the production line
