Greetings from a full circle QL recruit

Hello,
I'm another who owned a QL during the SInclair era. I was very young and I leapfrogged Spectrum jumping from ZX81 to the QL when I could barely afford to and got myself into debt for it. I think I bought it from Boots and I remember excitedly carrying it home on the far too slow bus.
I recall I was continuing my self development as a programmer with 68xxx assembly. The QL came bundled with games, including Tournament Tennis and I think I purchased MicroDeal Flight Sim.
I don't recall what happened to the QL, but I credit Sinclair with the seeding of my long career, Sir Clive and his team pushed programmable devices to within my reach at the optimum time.
I have been reflecting about the motivation leading me back to QL, I'm not too sure where it's coming from but it's all good. Thank you for Marcus and QPC 2 allowing me to get my foot in the door. Next task is to get my hands on some hardware and find a fun project to aim at.
All the best to everyone here.
Andrew (not far from Sinclair HQ)
