Does anyone know about the existance of this rom , or has it been an act of creative editing ?

Why not save it and share it, so that others can compare it with the known available versions. I suspect it's based on another version of MG (probably the French one, if the messages are in French).

i could not find anything related to a BE version rom

Assuming the BE was meant to stand for Belgium, it may well be a Flemish hack, depending on how close Flemish or Belgian Dutch is to Netherlands Dutch for those words. Are any of the error messages in the same language? Might be worth preserving, possibly.
