i think is is a french rom , with adapted dutch words .
as flemish is using azerty keyboard layout , but dutch language.

Day and month names are definitely Dutch, but the error messages are in English (with first letter in capital, unlike the Sinclair ROMs).
The copyright message shows 1989 so definitely not an official Sinclair ROM.
"I can't trap that" replaces "during WHEN processing", "I've forgotten what I was doing" replaces "PROC/FN cleared".
