Minerva ROM hangs on start up

Good to see you got this fixed. Just to add I'd say Prof was right on the money. A while ago I tested a QL with minerva 1.98 fitted and removed as many socketed IC's to see if it would still boot to this screen. with the microcontroller (IPC) removed and the zx8302 and the mc1377p (be careful with this one depending on what video output your using) I still managed to get minerva to come up on the screen , but it would hang (for fairly obvious reasons).
