Hi,
I had a look at the TIME web site and the datasheet for the Confly connectors.
The connects do look like the contacts from a non-turned pin IC socket, maybe the contacts from an IC socket can be inserted into the QL membrane frame. OR the IC socket could be modified to make a PPC socket. This would mean cutting the internal IC socket separators so that the member tail can be inserted.
Of course I maybe wrong, but I think it is worth a try.

I have removed the pins in a low profile socket and the pin profile is different and shorter to the QL membrane contacts.
I have removed the QL membrane contacts from the plastic holder, and can re-position the contact connecting the membrane. But I guess the contact has no spring in it, due age.
