QubIDE, interest?
QubIDE, interest?
Hi
Not for sale yet, just a topic to see if there's any interest.
I know there are more modern alternatives but is there any interest in QubIDE? I have built a couple of Leons design so 832KB total RAM and thru put connector or angled one for IDE.
Will have to verify if it’s possible to fit an angled connector and still use pass thru.
There are some hard to find and slightly expensive components there so the cost will be around £50-60. Will do a better estimate if there’s enough interest.

Re: QubIDE, interest?
A) Would you ship to the US?
B) Am I correct in thinking this would work as a pass through and could be used in combination with a SGC?

I'd be interested in PCB only.Chris_68 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 18, 2024 8:58 am Hi

Re: QubIDE, interest?
I would like to get one complete. My second QL has an awfully empty expansion slot.
EDIT: After a talk with Dex, if the QubIDE has the possibility to disable onboard RAM and will have a pass-through bus, then please make it two.
(We live nearby, so we can split the postage.)
Sinclair QL is the Tommy Hilfiger of computers! I have a QL + GoldCard and QL + Minerva, but just one power supply for them both Waiting in the line for a Q68.
