The QL files can now be RLE compressed as PAC files, using similar compression to compressed GD2 sprites, thanks to routines from Per Witte. RLE compression under the operating system is normally only used for GD2 sprites.
There is a 'scaling' option to allow a picture being viewed to be resize to fit the window. And some support for Mode 12 (Thor XVI) screens and QDesign compressed _Pgn and mode 2 mono files.
