I have a 512K Expanderam here which just does not start up - Minerva does not report anything (but there is a flash of a red and white screen before the memory test runs)...
It has the original sliding sleeve - if anyone wants it for the cost of postage (as a late Christmas present) - let me know...

“There are four lights!”
Step up to red alert. Sir, are you absolutely sure? It does mean changing the bulb
Looking forward to summer in Somerset later in the year
QL, Falcon, Atari 520STFM, Atari 1040STE, more PC's than I care to count and an assortment of 8 bit micros (Sinclair and Acorn)(nearly forgot the Psion's)

Re: Miracle Systems 512K Expanderam - Not-Working
It will be interesting to know what has failed - it might be the voltage regulator...
As that might help others who come across this - I just assume that the card is not starting up at all, otherwise if it was memory, I am sure Minerva would have thrown an error code at me - although the flash of red and white screen was a bit disconcerting!
